About the Role
In this role, you will:
* Provide day‑to‑day case management support and guidance to a small team of DAPs/IDVAs.
* Hold a small caseload of high‑risk clients, offering practical and emotional support.
* Oversee case allocation, staff rotas, and performance management.
* Ensure safeguarding concerns are addressed and services are delivered in line with IDAS policies.
* Liaise with external agencies including police, legal services, housing, and health professionals.
* Represent IDAS at MARAC, case conferences, and multi‑agency meetings.
* Deliver and oversee group programmes for clients.
* Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are under‑represented or marginalised.
