The Role This role forms part of a small team arranging the smooth delivery of goods to customers across the world from our site in Artigarvan. The successful applicant will aid our Shipping Coordinators & Shipping Manager with various tasks required to get orders dispatched & delivered to customers. Key responsibilities will include (not limited too): Assist Shipping Coordinators/Manager with the smooth clearance of exports. Develop and maintain good relationships with relevant external (and internal) stakeholders Ensure effective communication regarding shipping schedules and associated requirements to customers This role will learn over time how to deal with customs, DAERA, letters of credit and how to handle other trade documentation Keeping up to date with dispatching orders from ERP systems (SAP/Epicor) Undertake and participate in any required training/company initiatives as designated and required by company management. ThePerson Our team is seeking an individual that possesses: Working within a busy fast paced administrative/sales/logistics environment Strong Administrative Systems Knowledge (ERP, MS Office Suite) Experience in defining, planning and managing work to defined deadlines Experience Interfacing with various functions within the overall business Experience inputting and validating data and information Liaising and communicating with Customers and Key Stakeholders Experience in the administration and coordination of Exports & Proficiency in the use of MS Excel would be desirable.
