Fire & Security Project Manager – Building Services | £50,000-£60,000 | Nottingham (office based with hybrid working)
We are working with a well-established building services contractor who specialise in the design, installation and maintenance of commercial Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire & Security systems. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to join their team.
Based from their Nottingham office, this role will involve managing small works projects valued up to £250,000 across commercial environments nationwide. The position offers a flexible working arrangement, with a mix of time spent in the Nottingham office, working from home, and travelling to sites across the UK.
Responsibilities
* Oversee Fire & Security projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
* Coordinate engineers and subcontractors.
* Liaise with clients.
* Maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
Qualifications
* Strong background within Fire & Security systems.
* Previous experience managing installation or small works projects.
* Knowledge of Gent fire alarm systems would be advantageous.
