What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A qualification in SEND education is desirable.
* A deep understanding of autism and complex needs, and a commitment to providing an outstanding education for our pupils.
* Experience in teaching a range of subjects and an excellent understanding of the primary curriculum.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate children and young people.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching methods.

About Us
Founded in 2008, Arc School Napton offers primary provision in a small school setting within Warwickshire countryside. We focus on learning by stage, not age, to best serve our pupils' needs. Our school is part of Kedleston Group, specializing in providing education and care for children aged 7-19 with SEND, including ASC, ADHD, and SEMH.
