Your Key Responsibilities
As our Area Sales Manager, you will:
* Build strong, value-adding relationships with existing customers.
* Prospect for new customers and identify opportunities with current clients.
* Collaborate closely with our depot network and internal Service Centre teams.
* Engage in continuous personal development to enhance your product and application knowledge.
* Contribute to and utilize Carrier Rental Systems' data systems, especially our CRM.
* Manage commercials to ensure order profitability.
* Increase customer awareness of Carrier Rental Systems and our associated companies.
* Provide insightful reports on customer inquiries, hires, and sales in your designated area.
* Assist in the collection of payments for services rendered in your area.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products, preferably boilers and chillers.
* Previous experience in outside sales, ideally within HVAC or equipment rental.
* Experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships effectively.
* A valid UK driving license.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A customer-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach.
