Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager within an educational setting to join our Total FM Division to act as the single point of contact to a portfolio of 6 nominated schools across the Leeds & Kirklees area – head office is based in Morley. You will take ownership of all the core issues and provide timely responses and solutions in line with agreed service standards.Our Total Facilities Management team delivers integrated asset management and maintenance services across education, leisure, corporate, health and residential sectors. We focus on keeping facilities running smoothly, safely, and efficiently – helping our clients create spaces that work for everyone.You will also provide leadership to superintendents, grounds manager and operatives as well as the school cleaning teams.
