Job Description Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: November 30, 2026 Work set up: Hybrid Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Cyber Product Owner with strong Protective Security Transformation experience to support the Access Control Pod. This role is responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of Access Control and Access Management transformation and Run the Bank programmes, while supporting the execution of the overall technology strategy. The position requires close collaboration with global stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with business priorities, governance standards, and secure, scalable technology solutions within a regulated environment. What you will do: Collaborate with global business stakeholders, leaders, and architects to refine and prioritise the product backlog to maximise business benefits. Define and drive execution of transformation technology initiatives within the Access Control sub-stream. Manage and monitor budget requirements to support short and long-term business objectives. Assess alignment between business demand, investment plans, and overall technology strategy. Represent Technology in business discussions and ensure required capabilities are developed. Communicate technology vision, mission, and plans effectively across delivery teams. Lead Agile pod to maximise velocity and ensure alignment with business priorities. Drive innovation initiatives and proof of concepts to shape Access Control strategy and roadmap. Promote customer-centric culture across delivery teams. Ensure alignment with governance, standards, and documentation requirements. Contribute to and influence Access Control Transformation and Run the Bank roadmap. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all agreed initiatives. Provide efficient and continuously improving DevOps capabilities balancing operational stability and evolution. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships by delivering on business needs. Ensure adherence to policies, processes, and risk management practices. Support team development through knowledge sharing and collaboration. Promote Agile adoption and continuous learning culture. Monitor risks, identify impacts, and recommend improvements or changes. Apply IT policies and standards to ensure quality, compliance, and effective risk management. Contribute to improving customer service, delivery quality, and team effectiveness.
