This is a 6-month temporary placement - ideal for a qualified Health and Safety professional looking to gain valuable experience with a leading organisation. Essential Requirements: NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health & Safety. Certified or Chartered Member of IOSH. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proven experience in advisory-level H&S roles. About the Role: As Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the organisation meets all statutory and non-statutory Health and Safety obligations. Your responsibilities will include: Providing expert health and safety advice across the business. Developing, maintaining and reviewing risk assessments and safety procedures. Supporting managers and staff at all levels with guidance and operational support. Collaborating with trade unions to ensure a safe working environment. Identifying and assessing risks, and recommending appropriate control measures. Analysing accident and incident statistics, and introducing preventative strategies.
