The Psychology Department, consisting of four specialist teachers, has built an outstanding reputation for results, innovation, and student engagement. Psychology remains one of the most popular A-Level subjects, with consistently high outcomes – in 2024, 78% of students achieved A–B, and nearly half of all students went on to study Psychology, Neuroscience, or Social Sciences at university.

Requirements
Applications are welcome from teachers at any stage of their career, including ECTs. Both UK-trained and overseas-qualified Psychology Teachers will be considered. All applicants should hold QTS or an equivalent secondary school teaching qualification.
Salary
The salary for this Psychology Teacher position will be paid to scale on a direct contract (MPS/UPS), in line with the school’s generous independent school pay structure. A TLR may be available for the right candidate.
