We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse RNLD to join a small residential setting in Bristol supporting two individuals with complex needs. This is a full-time, permanent role working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading community complex care providers. The position offers a salary of £50,000–£55,000 per year plus a company car or monthly car allowance, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with no shift work required. You will lead the clinical team, ensure high-quality care, and support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the residential service. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all clinical aspects of care for service users in a residential setting. Support the Registered Manager and deputise when required. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
