About this Vacancy
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-orientedHR Coordinator to join our team.The role will be the first point of contact for HR inquiries, will be responsible for HR administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency of our HR administrative processes. If you are passionate about human resources and want to make a difference in our workplace, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of administration within HR processes including onboarding, performance management and exit.
* Provide informed HR advice to Managers.
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits and procedures.
* Prepare all staff and contractor contracts.
* Ensure job descriptions and HR forms are kept up to date.
* Build and maintain excellent and credible relationships with Managers and employees.
* Support Managers and our external HR provider with employee relations issues.
* Manage right to work status and skilled worker visa administration.
* Conduct the HR induction programme for new starters.
* Manage Sage HR ensuring data is accurately uploaded and maintained.
* Monitor absence and holidays, analyse trends.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you:
* Are educated to a degree level and previous experience of working within an HR Department is essential.
* CIPD qualified or working toward it.
* Must have the right to work and be based in the UK.
* Have strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Have familiarity with HR Software
* Have ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
