Northfield School is a large 11-16 school and specialist sports college. We are an ambitious and inclusive school with state of the art facilities and interactive technology in a well-resourced newly refurbished main building and a separate new Year 7 school.
Following an inspection in February 2023, Ofsted judged the school to be good in all areas. Results in the summer continued the upward trend. This is a great time to join our school and a fantastic opportunity for the right colleague.
We are looking to appoint an experienced Administrative Assistant who will support the smooth running of the school through efficient and effective administration. The role has a varied remit across a range of administrative duties, within a busy school office environment.
The successful candidate will have experience of operating administrative systems and the ability to use ICT and other specialist resources effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work constructively as part of a team is essential.
