This advert is recruiting Qualified Technicians for Inveraray, a charming town on Loch Fyne, known for its Georgian architecture, scenic setting, and rich heritage. Inveraray is about 1.5 hours from Glasgow.
The Role
Ambulance Technicians provide immediate care across Scotland, often in challenging environments. The role requires compassion, empathy, the ability to stay calm under pressure, make good decisions, and maintain control.
Essential
Applicants must be Qualified Ambulance Technicians with proof of qualification and hold a valid Emergency Response Driving qualification with C1 Entitlement.
The Person
This varied role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to make safe, effective decisions. The position is rostered in Inveraray, with shifts known in advance.
Minimum entry requirements include:
* Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points
* C1 Driving category on current licence
The starting salary is NHS Scotland Band 5.
