Role Overview
A high-growth Cloud Managed Service Provider is seeking an ambitious and consultative Account Executive to drive new business across the UK professional services market. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone with experience selling cloud infrastructure, IT support, or managed services into SMB to mid-market clients within legal, accounting, financial services, consulting, or other regulated sectors.
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to closing. The role carries a typical quarterly sales target of £15,000 in new MRR.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business by selling Cloud Managed Services into the UK’s professional services sector.
* Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and close.
* Conduct discovery calls and tailor solutions across infrastructure, security, hosting, and support needs.
* Engage with IT and business leaders within law firms, accountancy practices, financial consultancies, and other professional services companies.
* Deliver compelling value propositions that address business-critical challenges around compliance, uptime, security, and digital transformation.
* Maintain a strong, up-to-date pipeline and forecast performance in line with quarterly MRR targets of £15K.
* Use CRM tools and sales data to manage and report on pipeline, deals, and key metrics.
* Collaborate internally with pre-sales, marketing, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handover and high client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
* 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a Cloud MSP, IT reseller, or SaaS vendor.
* Demonstrated success in selling into professional services industries such as legal, accountancy, financial services, or consulting.
* A strong understanding of cloud, managed IT, and security services, with knowledge of how these apply to compliance-heavy or regulated industries.
* A proven ability to hit or exceed £15K MRR quarterly targets through strategic prospecting and consultative selling.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical buyers.
* Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
* Comfortable operating independently in a remote-first environment with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
