Your Responsibilities
As our Nursery Manager, you will:
* Lead and inspire a dedicated nursery team
* Maintain high standards of childcare and safeguarding
* Drive quality improvement and EYFS excellence
* Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
* Build strong relationships with families and the community
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
* A Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* A passion for delivering outstanding early years education
