Learning Technologists

Permanent: 1 post; Maternity cover: 1 post until 14th July 2026.

Location: Uxbridge / Harrow / Richmond Colleges.

Salary: £30,711 to £32,642 per annum including London weighting.

Post Type: Full Time.

Release Date: Monday 13 October 2025.

Closing Date: Sunday 26 October 2025.

Are you passionate about digital innovation in education? Do you have a talent for developing and delivering cutting‑edge educational technologies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!


Responsibilities

• Deliver training to college staff on digital and blended learning.

• Develop training resources and resolve teaching and learning queries.

• Drive digital innovation in the classroom and ensure students benefit from engaging, interactive and effective learning experiences.

• Support and drive forward the new innovative Immersive Rooms and prepare staff and students for the classroom of the future.


Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of digital learning and blended learning methodologies.

• Experience administering learning technology platforms for learners.

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience working in an educational environment, including working with learners.

• Innovative approach with a passion for exploring new educational technologies, particularly XR technologies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.
