As our Fleet Ambassador, your key objective is to ensure that all vehicles are checked for condition and roadworthiness, in terms of legal, corporate image, and operational compliance. Any exceptions should be reported via the vehicle check app and defect procedure.
You will ensure all drivers identify and correctly report defects, and that these are rectified. You will conduct start and end of contract handovers for all Owner Driver leased vehicles, including employment, terminations, vehicle swaps, and hire vans. Additionally, you will support depot operations by conducting regular site and equipment checks. You will also be responsible for reporting fleet accidents on our portal TranMan.
