Your Responsibilities will Include: Software & Demonstrator Development: Designing and building robust software components and proof-of concept demonstrators utilising emerging technologies in AI, cybersecurity, and digital twin modelling. Strategic Project Delivery: Applying project management principles to translate innovative outputs into tangible, commercially viable solutions. Technical Communication: Authoring high-quality technical reports to support and articulate the value proposition for commercialisation and funding initiatives. Industry Engagement: Serving as a technical ambassador for Momentum One Zero, enhancing our international reputation through professional presentations and networking. This role requires a versatile individual with strong hands-on software development skills, combined with excellent project management and communication abilities. About the person: To be considered for interview, candidates must demonstrate that they meet the following criteria: Honours Degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or Hubs of Impact related discipline (such as Health, Agri-tech, Space, Fintech - see M1.0 website for full list). Or HND in a related discipline with extensive recent and relevant industrial experience. Evidence of: Software development skills in languages such as C, C++ / Java / Python / R. Use of code configuration management toolsets. Applied knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning methodologies and tools, or of cybersecurity principles. Knowledge of one or more of the following: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning methodologies and tools. General cyber security principles. High-quality outputs such as demonstrators, prototypes, technical reports, major component design specifications and project deliverables which have successfully passed formal quality review procedures. Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly in both written and spoken English to a range of stakeholders. Evidence of strong presentation skills and ability to prepare clear and concise presentation materials. Evidence of effective team working skills in a multidisciplinary, cross functional setting. Willingness to visit collaborative partners and to attend meetings and conferences nationally and internationally as requested.
