ABC Teachers are offering an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in becoming a Cover Supervisor within secondary schools across Stafford and surrounding areas. No experience is required as all training is provided by our experienced team. This is a fantastic chance to gain valuable experience in education, with flexible options to suit your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task.
* Follow pre-set lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* Provide support and guidance to students as needed.
* Build positive relationships within the school community.
Requirements:
* No experience necessary; full training provided by ABC Teachers.
* A passion for working with young people.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Adaptability and resilience in a school environment.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Trainee Cover Supervisor you will:
* A passion for education and working with young people.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A degree (desirable but not essential) or relevant experience in coaching, tutoring, or mentoring.
* The ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
* An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* A passion for education and working with young people.
