The Role
As Early Years Lead Teacher, you will oversee the EYFS phase, supporting colleagues with planning, assessment and classroom practice. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure a consistent and high-quality approach across Nursery and Reception.
Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will also have a teaching commitment, leading a class and modelling best practice within Early Years.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the EYFS provision across the school
* Support staff with planning, assessment and delivery of the EYFS curriculum
* Monitor pupil progress and ensure strong outcomes
* Work with SLT to drive improvements within Early Years
