GSL Education are looking for a committed Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to work in supportive early years settings across Immingham. This flexible position offers both short-term and long-term opportunities, ideal for teachers with a passion for early years education. As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the Early Years curriculum through creative play, exploration, and hands-on activities. You will create a nurturing and engaging learning environment that supports each child’s development across all key areas, helping them build strong foundations for future learning. We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic EYFS Teacher who can: Plan and deliver the EYFS curriculum using fun, age-appropriate, and engaging activities Support the social, emotional, and intellectual growth of all children Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment Monitor and assess children's progress to support effective planning and learning Develop positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues Encourage good behaviour and active learning through creative and interactive methods Keep accurate records in line with school policies and statutory guidelines EYFS Teacher Requirements: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is mandatory Proven experience or placements in an EYFS setting as an EYFS Teacher is desirable Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Able to create a caring, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one) Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including providing an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or completing an application for a new check.
