Our client is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their highly regarded team in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join a well-established and respected firm with a strong reputation across the Midlands. The successful candidate will work on a high-quality privately funded caseload, advising clients on a broad range of complex family matters while also supporting the development of junior team members.

The Role
• Advising clients on matrimonial finance matters
• Handling TOLATA and trusts of land disputes between unmarried couples
• Advising on child arrangements and maintenance matters
• Managing matters from initial instruction through to completion
• Attending client meetings, court hearings and external appointments as required
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Time recording, billing and achieving departmental targets
• Supervising and mentoring trainee solicitors and junior team members
The Candidate
• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE within private family law
• Strong experience handling privately funded family matters
• Experience advising high net worth clients
• Experience dealing with TOLATA disputes, child arrangements and maintenance matters
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
