High-Volume Commercial Hiring | Assessment Centres | Growth Project
We are partnering with a leading global organisation undergoing a significant commercial transformation within the GB market. This is a high-priority hiring project supporting a newly launched initiative designed to accelerate revenue growth and expand market coverage.
We are looking for a Talent Engagement Manager to deliver 95 hires across a 4-month period, focused on junior commercial and field-based sales roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-volume recruitment (30–40 hires per month)
Manage large candidate pipelines (500+ screenings)
Build and maintain talent pools
Run and coordinate assessment centres
Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure delivery targets are met
Drive ownership and accountability across the recruitment lifecycle
Target Profiles:
5 years' experience (graduates with 3-4 years considered)
Background in FMCG, CPG, Retail, Medical Sales, or similar sectors
Experience recruiting for field sales or commercial roles
Assessment centre experience is highly desirable
Strong track record in volume hiring
This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role with high visibility and direct impact on commercial growth.
