What You'll Do
You'll conduct comprehensive Type 1 and Type 3 fire risk assessments across residential properties, gathering evidence, identifying hazards, and producing detailed reports that drive real safety improvements. Working closely with clients and our sales team, you'll provide expert fire safety advice while ensuring full compliance with current legislation.
Your technical expertise will shine through in your risk assessments and fire safety action plans, while your communication skills will build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Fire safety or risk assessment experience
* Must hold a Level 1 and Level 3 certification in Fire Risk Assessments
* Residential premises knowledge
* Valid driving licence
* Sharp attention to detail
* Excellent report writing abilities
* Confidence with Microsoft Office applications
* Willingness to travel outside of London if required
