Sales Manager

Britannia Onsite Concrete is a part of the Gill Group of Companies based in Bilston. They are currently recruiting for a sales manager to join their sales team and help us to achieve their goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for their Sales Team.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of selling concrete and customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
1. To Price, cross promote and quote work in accordance with the territory plan and commercial strategy.
2. Identify, manage and track all opportunities within a geographic margin centre in line with the territory plan. Build relationships with prospective customers and influencers and update all information accurately in the CRM database.
3. React quickly to key opportunities and challenges, always acting in the best interests of the company and the division.
4. Filter and organise leads, chase information and keep project registers up to date.
