Role: Sous Chef
You’ll support the Head Chef in leading a team of five, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly while helping to develop and deliver quality dishes from the core menu and daily specials.
What you will do
* Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
* Lead shifts and manage the team in the Head Chef’s absence.
* Maintain high standards of consistency, flavour, and presentation.
* Help plan and create seasonal specials.
* Manage ordering, stock control, and kitchen hygiene standards.
What we’re looking for
* A strong Sous Chef or experienced Junior Sous ready to step up.
* Background in a fresh-food, gastro pub-style kitchen.
* A team player who leads with calm confidence.
