WHAT TEAM WILL YOU BE JOINING?
This role is in our Human Resources Team, which is spread across London, Manchester, Leeds, and Edinburgh, supporting the business internationally. The HR Team includes Learning and Development, Reward, Resourcing, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, and CSR and Diversity teams.
You will join the HR Business Partnering team, working closely with the wider HR team, key stakeholders, and partners to provide guidance, support, and coaching.

WHAT WILL THE ROLE INVOLVE?
The role can be based in Leeds or Manchester, with some travel to other UK offices. You will support the firm's growth by participating in various HR projects, supporting colleagues across locations, and managing operational HR tasks.
You will work with core business services teams, using your business partnering skills to build strong relationships and support their strategic priorities.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Employee Relations: Handling absence cases, advising on HR policies, managing benefits information, supporting employee relations issues, and managing maternity or shared parental leave processes.
* Resourcing: Supporting recruitment processes, liaising with hiring managers, managing staff changes, and supporting early careers initiatives.
* Performance Management: Supporting performance review processes and salary reviews.
* Other: Producing MI reports, leading ad hoc projects, and supporting engagement surveys.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
* Proactive HR team member with strong business partnering experience
* Graduate or CIPD qualified (preferred but not essential)
* Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a professional services or fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and influence senior stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage complex workloads flexibly and efficiently
* Strong team orientation and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Excel and computer literacy
