As an Investment Consultant with XPS you will …
1. Lead client relationships, providing them with the advice they need to solve their problems. This will require you to use your technical skills to develop innovative solutions and use your communication skills to effectively deliver your advice.
2. Be responsible for all aspects of the management of a portfolio of clients
3. Lead research teams to undertake research into new consulting ideas and investment manager products in order to help to solve our clients’ problems.
4. Support new business activities including production of tender submissions and attendance at pitches to articulate our proposition.
5. Mentor and coach junior members of team to develop the skills to help them realise their potential
Your profile:
We are looking for an Investment Consultant with experience in a similar role who is looking for a new challenge and who wants to be part of this exciting period of growth. This role requires…
6. Direct experience of providing investment consultancy to UK pension schemes
7. Excellent communication skills, passion about investments with real drive and enthusiasm
8. Currently certified under the SMCR and/or previously CF30 authorised by the FCA to give investment advice or close to achieving this status
9. You will be unafraid to express your views and share them clearly, thereby contributing to the investment ideas we rely on to achieve our aims
10. Contribute to our ongoing debates and thereby help influence our future direction.
11. Ability to identify fee generating opportunities
