Reporting to the divisional General Manager, and to the Finance Director of the wider company, your main responsibilities will include the production of management accounts, forecasts & budgets, cashflow reporting, year end accounts and all the various returns including VAT. You will also oversee & support your Finance Assistant with their basic accounting function duties. No surprises there. However, in conjunction with the improvement of systems, processes and controls, the measure of your success will be in how you build strong cross-functional working relationships, improve the quality of management information to aid decision-making & drive efficiencies, and support, influence & enable the various business managers and budget holders. The interesting stuff! A great platform to really make a difference. You may be part or fully qualified, or perhaps qualified by experience. A minimum of 12 months' hospitality experience is sought, though the more the merrier.
