* Detail-oriented - you catch issues others miss
* Learning agility - excited to understand AI/ML applications (we'll teach you)

* Experience with AI-driven classification systems

We Don't Require

* AI/ML expertise (you'll learn on the job)
* Deep legal knowledge (we provide domain training)
* Management experience (this is an individual contributor role, but it's important you are a team player)

Why This Role Matters
With
you
in this role, we'll transform how legal professionals access information, making complex searches simple and intuitive. You'll enable the launch of new information products that couldn't exist without reliable classification. Your work will directly accelerate our expansion into new markets beyond legal. You'll enable senior leadership to focus on strategic growth while you own the operational excellence. Our Customer Success team will shift from handling content queries to providing strategic client support. Most importantly, you'll ensure our significant AI investment delivers its full value, dramatically improving content quality and client satisfaction.

* Initial conversation with the People team - getting to know your background and experience
* Technical discussion - exploring your approach to problem-solving and analysis
* Practical assessment - demonstrating your analytical skills with relevant scenarios
* Final interview - discussing the opportunity and ensuring mutual fit
