We are working in partnership with a growing recycling and trading business to recruit Sales & Trading Assistants to support their continued expansion.
This is an excellent opportunity for commercially minded individuals who are keen to develop both sales and purchasing skills within a fast-paced trading environment. Unlike traditional roles that focus on one area, this position offers exposure to the full commercial cycle, with structured support and mentoring from an experienced team.

The Role
Initially a generalist role, you will support both sales and purchasing activities, helping to buy, sell, and trade materials while learning the commercial fundamentals of the industry. As the business grows across multiple sites, there will be clear opportunities to specialise and progress.
