We're excited to open applications for our IT Apprenticeship Programme, designed to nurture the next generation of tech talent. Based within our central IT support team, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our IT service desk. This hands-on apprenticeship offers the chance to develop practical technical skills, gain real-world experience in a fast-paced professional environment, and actively contribute to the smooth delivery of IT services across the business.

Youll work towards a Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification over an initial period of 18 months, but your learning wont stop there. What to expect from the role
* Systems Learn how our IT infrastructure works and how we support internal systems.
* Communication- Help end users with technical based issues whilst delivering excellent service
* Hardware Set up new hardware for our colleagues to ensure a great user experience for all our people
* Project Management- Understanding project management and contribute to live business projects
* Team Work Be an active part of a supportive, friendly team
IT Apprenticeship Whats in it for you
* Rate of pay - £7.79 per hour for first year and increasing to NLW after 12 months
* 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* Working hours 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)
* Day release to study

What were looking for
Ideally, youll have GCSEs in Maths and English at grades 94 (A*C). More importantly, were looking for someone with a genuine passion for learning, a strong interest in technology, a great work ethic, and a positive, can-do attitude in everything you take on.
