Learning & Development Manager Salary: £47,000 Coupar Angus (Onsite) | Competitive Package Training Progression We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to lead and deliver training across a fast-paced manufacturing site. You will ensure colleagues at all levels-from new starters to managers-are trained, compliant, and developed, while supporting continuous improvement and operational readiness.
