Based at Wherstead Park, Ipswich (with hybrid working available, 3 days in the office), you’ll play a leading role in defining the future of IT at one of the UK’s most purpose-led co-ops.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Build and maintain an enterprise-wide IT architecture that supports transformation and scalability.
* Lead the modernisation of retail, CRM, and e-commerce systems.
* Ensure secure integration of business systems aligned with data compliance and governance.
* Drive adoption of cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
* Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud) to drive innovation.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to align IT with business priorities.
What You’ll Need:
* Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture within a retail or e-commerce environment.
* Familiarity with frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
* Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Magento).
* Deep understanding of cybersecurity, GDPR, and data governance.
* Excellent strategic thinking and board-level stakeholder engagement skills.
* Certifications in TOGAF, AWS/Azure, or ITIL are desirable.
