Performance Marketing Specialist
The Performance Marketing team specialises in PPC, Social, Affiliate & Mobile marketing. The team is supported by data analysts, data scientists, a robust tech stack and comprises of a wider marketing function consisting of Brand, CRM & SEO.
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role within the team, with a key focus across Paid Search & Mobile marketing. You will be collaborating with teams across the organisation and global markets to develop and execute best-in-class digital performance campaigns to drive efficient user acquisition and user retention.
What you will be doing:
* Support the growth strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across PPC & Mobile marketing, whilst ensuring delivery and optimisation of best-in-class paid media campaigns in line with targets.
* Deliver on user growth targets, whilst maintaining efficient CPCs, CPA & CPI.
* Support the creation and optimisation of digital assets and creative.
* Communicate paid marketing performance using data driven insight to wider stakeholders, ensuring that any variance against target is explained.
* Drive innovation of Paid Media activity, implementing a test and learn approach to ensure market leading activity and maximise return on investment.
* Manage and build strong relationships with media partners/vendors, staying up to date on latest industry developments to continually develop expertise and knowledge.
Skills we'd love you to have

* Proven experience of managing paid media activity (gained from working for an advertiser or media agency).
* In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, SA360, Apple Ads and understanding of Meta Ads.
* Experience in data analysis, experiments, incrementality testing, manipulation and presentation of data i.e. pivot tables, charts etc.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into insight.
* Strong organisational and project management skills - able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
* Good problem-solving abilities.
* Proactive attitude
* Previous experience in SEO is a bonus
