We are seeking a talented individual to join our Reinsurance Broking team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in the London office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The role: Motor & Casualty Reinsurance Broker
An opportunity has arisen for a AVP Broker Role, within our UK Motor & Casualty team. This role will present the right candidate with an excellent opportunity to join a growing team, that handles a diverse portfolio of business.
We will rely on you to:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships and develop strategic partnerships with reinsurers whilst helping the team to deliver the best terms and as well as a first class service for clients
2. Act as the reference point for advice and technical expertise to the internal client servicing teams such as Client Support Services and Broker Support Services.
3. Assist in providing recommendations and advice on placement strategy, programme structure and market conditions including presentations to clients and prospects where appropriate.
4. Assist the Account Executives and Senior Brokers with developing solutions for clients’ needs.
