Are you a seasoned Business Analyst ready to make a real impact in the London insurance market? This is your chance to play a leading role in shaping strategic change and regulatory transformation across a complex, high-profile environment.
We’re looking for someone who’s equally comfortable analysing business needs, engaging with senior stakeholders, and turning insight into tangible, compliant solutions. From digital transformation initiatives to regulatory change programmes, you’ll be right at the centre of it all.
What you’ll be doing
* Partnering with business and technology teams to capture and translate requirements into clear, actionable outcomes
* Mapping processes, identifying gaps, and driving operational improvements
* Supporting change programmes in line with FCA/PRA expectations
* Facilitating workshops, defining user stories, and assisting with UAT and training delivery
* Presenting progress and insights confidently to senior stakeholders
What you’ll bring
* Strong background as a Business Analyst within the UK Insurance sector
* Excellent understanding of FCA/PRA regulatory frameworks
* Skilled in analysis tools and techniques such as BPMN, UML, JIRA, and Confluence
* Experience working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
* First-class stakeholder management and communication abilities
Bonus points for:
* Formal BA certifications (e.g. BCS International / Advanced Diploma, Expert BA Award)
