Real Estate Litigation Solicitor - Birmingham
We're working with a top-ranked Real Estate Litigation team that's continuing to grow and now looking to appoint a solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) into its Birmingham office.
You'll be joining a highly regarded and well-structured national disputes team, led locally by a prominent partner with significant experience in complex and high-value property litigation, including commercial, residential and property insolvency matters.
Opportunity
You'll work across a broad mix of contentious property matters including:
* Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
* Lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture and break notices
* Property insolvency issues
* FTT proceedings and management order applications
* Easements, boundary disputes and nuisance claims
* Fraud-related property disputes
The caseload is diverse, often high-profile, and you'll have access to strong internal resources, an experienced team, and excellent support from wider departments including Real Estate and Insolvency.
This firm has a strong track record of supporting junior lawyers with their development and ensuring early responsibility and progression routes.
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with ideally 1-3 years' PQE in commercial property litigation
* Experience of handling (or assisting on) complex disputes
* Solid technical ability and commercial awareness
* Confident communicator, able to work both independently and within a team
* Strong organisational and time management skills
