Customer Account Manager\n\nEnergy Services and Software\n\nLocation:\n \n Milton Keynes (Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office)\n\nContract:\n \n Permanent\n\nHours:\n \n 37 hours per week\n\nSalary:\n \n £35,000 to £45,000 basic\n\nCommission:\n \n Uncapped, realistic OTE £8,750 to £10,500\n\nEnvo Talent is representing an established UK-based energy services and software business supporting commercial organisations with energy management, compliance and carbon reduction.\n\nThe company operates in a stable, regulated sector with long-term customer contracts and recurring revenue. As the customer base continues to grow, they are strengthening their account management team to ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality service while identifying opportunities to add further value over time.\n\nThis is not a new business sales role. The focus is on managing an existing portfolio, building trusted relationships and ensuring contracts are renewed and expanded appropriately.\n\nAs Customer Account Manager, you will take ownership of a defined portfolio of approximately 400 business customers.
