We are looking for a Social Worker to support us to deliver our vision of supporting people to achieve what matters to them, living independently in a place they call home.

The role
Joining our Mental Health Team as a Social Worker in this role, you will support adults with mental health needs through strengths-based, person-centred social work. You will work closely with health and partner agencies to promote recovery, reduce delays, support safe transitions and help people achieve the outcomes that matter to them.
Should you choose, we will support you to qualify as an Approved Mental Health Practitioner, following qualification you will be moved to a grade 9 posts and work on our AMHP rota.
