Our turnover is projected to exceed £1M in 2026, with a significant portion of work secured from a related property development company we own. The Role: We are looking for a commercially sharp, adaptable Quantity Surveyor / Estimator who can take ownership of project costs, margin protection, cash flow management, and reporting. This is not a corporate QS role — you’ll work directly with the director and project/operations manager in a small, fast-moving business. You will also have the chance to design and implement systems that make our business scalable and profitable.
