Overview
As an Experienced Acoustic Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality acoustic consultancy services. You will work on a diverse range of projects, focusing on building and environmental acoustics. This position offers the chance to contribute to innovative solutions while working alongside industry experts.
Responsibilities
* Conduct acoustic assessments and provide technical advice on building and environmental acoustics projects.
* Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to deliver integrated solutions.
* Perform noise and vibration measurements, analysis, and modelling.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Manage client relationships and contribute to business development activities.
Qualifications
* A degree in Acoustics, Environmental Science, or a related field.
* 3-6 years of experience in building and environmental acoustics.
* Proficiency in acoustic modelling software and measurement tools.
* Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Day-to-Day
* Conduct site visits to perform noise and vibration measurements.
* Analyse data and prepare technical reports for clients.
* Collaborate with project teams to provide acoustic design solutions.
* Attend client meetings and provide expert advice on acoustic matters.
* Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in acoustic technology.
