Customer Service / Aftersales Receptionist - Full time
(Tuesday-Friday 9am to 5pm & Saturday 9am to 4pm
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria
Salary: Competitive Based on experience

We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service / Aftersales Receptionist to join our team, assisting with the smooth running of the aftersales department.
Do you have a passion for great Customer Service and get a buzz from providing a fantastic customer experience and successful selling? Do you have great communication skills with polite mannerism and are IT literate?
Can you work on your own initiative with the back up of a great support team?

In this role you will carry out:-
* Service reception duties
* Aftersales administration (using Microsoft Office, Data capture, invoicing etc)
* Help with sales within business departments
* Deliver a fantastic customer service experience to every customer, sharing your warm personality and genuine enthusiasm for our products
* Take pride in making sure the concession always looks amazing, processing deliveries, replenishing stock quickly and keeping the area immaculate and smartly merchandised
* Internet sales processing (ebay listing / packaging)
