Whether you're a seasoned arborist, estate manager, dedicated farmer or a construction pro, we bring premium tools of your trade within reach. The Opportunity: As a dynamic, creative, and strategic Brand and Community Manager to be the voice, heart, and soul of the brand. You will lead brand storytelling, build a loyal community across platforms, and nurture meaningful relationships with our audience. Your role bridges brand development, community engagement, influencer partnerships, and content creation. All aligned with our brand positioning and charitable ethos. Key responsibilities of this role include: Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. Ensure all content, messaging, and visuals reflect the brand's tone, values, and aesthetic. Collaborate with the external agencies to execute brand campaigns and seasonal initiatives. Grow and engage our online community on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, SMS and email. Drive user activation, frequency & repeat play by crafting and implementing strategies that encourage users to enter their first raffle, return more frequently, and increase their level of participation over time, leading to incremental growth in user engagement and lifetime value. Respond to comments, DMs, and emails, cultivating meaningful dialogue with customers and followers 7-days a week, using the tools available. Play an active, value-adding role in relevant membership groups, forums, and social channel, both those owned by the brand and within the wider competition space to grow brand visibility, build authentic connections, and position the brand as a trusted community member. Facilitate live events (virtually and in person), Q&As, prize reveals, and brand activations. Attend industry events. Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators aligned with our audience. Build relationships with charity partners and cross-promotional brands. Work with creative teams to develop campaign concepts, social content calendars, and user-generated content strategies. Track engagement metrics and use data insights to improve campaign performance. Create and manage reports on all performance metrics across all marketing channels. Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, email, etc.) that resonates with the brand's audience, reinforces brand identity, and drives meaningful interactions. Create initiatives that convert customers into brand advocates. Develop referral, loyalty, VIP and engagement programs to enhance customer lifetime value. The successful candidate will demonstrate: 2 years in brand, social media, or community management (agricultural / trade industries preferred or a plus). A love and knowledge of the countryside and/or rural trade community. Deep understanding of the target demographic digital culture. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills. Experience using social analytics tools and managing influencer collaborations. Passionate about community-building. Experience in, or a desire to take an active role in hosting and presenting, with a natural comfort in front of the camera. Why join our team?
