What You'll Be Doing
* Lead daily operations across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner in our fast-paced restaurant and bar
* Be hands-on in service and a visible, supportive presence for the team
* Drive great customer experiences - we're known for friendly, professional service, not formality
* Oversee bar service, ensuring quality and speed match our standards
* Work varied shifts - a mix of days and evenings - with no relentless late finishes
What We're Looking For
* A confident assistant manager or supervisor from a high-volume hospitality venue
* Comfortable in a busy, informal setting, but with real attention to detail and guest service
* Strong knowledge of food and drink, and a passion for helping your team learn and grow
* A natural communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
* Someone who gets the balance right between standards and personality
A Few Essentials
* Must be UK-based or have settled status - we can't offer visa sponsorship
* You'll need previous experience in high-volume or quality hospitality settings
