We're now looking for a Housekeeper to join our fantastic team. This is a fixed-term position covering maternity leave for 28 hours per week and a great opportunity to join a friendly, inclusive team that truly values your work.
We can offer flexibility with hours for the right candidate, and this role will include alternate weekend shifts.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
1. Creating a great first impression – ensuring residents, visitors and families experience a warm, welcoming and spotless environment.
2. Keeping things fresh and clean – maintaining residents' bedrooms, en-suites and communal spaces to the highest standards.
3. Taking pride in your work – completing daily, weekly and deep cleaning tasks, including using steam cleaners and specialist floor equipment.
4. Providing personal laundry services – ensuring residents' clothing and linens are handled with care and respect.
5. Being part of our home community – interacting with residents and families, always with kindness, professionalism and a smile.
6. Supporting your team – working together to create a safe, comfortable and happy home environment.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with great attention to detail and a caring nature. Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided. What matters most is your attitude and passion for creating a clean, welcoming environment.
