Homes for Students is one of the UK’s leading providers of student accommodation.
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our RSA team based in Liverpool, working 40 hours per week, 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
We are looking for a confident, naturally organised and process‑driven individual with excellent communication skills to join our rapidly growing team to assist with the development and ongoing running of the business systems used within the company. They will quickly gain in‑depth knowledge of the systems and have an understanding of how they support the business.
Major Duties
* Deal with the day‑to‑day management of the systems
* Act as a support function to the wider business by providing technical support when requested
* Support the team and provide system training to system users
* Log issue tickets with system support and follow the issue through to resolution
* Configure and maintain the system set up
* Understand the system capabilities and provide suggestions for improvement

* Must have very strong written English skills
* Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

* Experience in an administrative environment
