My client, a local authority in the hertfordshire region, is currently looking to recruit for an interim Damp and Mould Surveyor on a 3-month contract.
Required:
* Strong Knowledge of Awaab's Law.
* Qualifications in Damp and Mould.
* Proven experience in damp and mould for a local authority.
Day to day:
* Diagnosing and specifying works.
* Raising orders.
* Contractor management.
* SOR.
* 5 surveys per day.
Package:
* £40/hour.
* £0.45p mileage site to site.
* 3 month initial contract.
