The Role:
We're looking for a friendly and experienced Optical Assistant to join a supportive and down-to-earth practice in Surbiton. If you love making people feel welcome and enjoy working in a busy, patient-focused environment, this could be just the role for you.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
* Greeting customers and delivering great service from start to finish
* Carrying out pre-screen tests and supporting the optometrist
* Helping patients choose the right frames and lenses
* Dispensing, fitting, and adjusting glasses
* Teaching contact lens handling
* Assisting with general admin and keeping the practice running smoothly
