Right Now Group are representing a Telesales Executive to join a dynamic sales support team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and qualifying leads, supporting the sales pipeline by ensuring leads are accurately vetted and assigned to the appropriate teams.

Salary: £26,000-£30,000
Key Responsibilities for a Telesales Executive
* Conduct outbound calls to validate and qualify incoming leads against predefined criteria.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive lead records within the CRM system.
* Assign qualified leads to sales teams or relevant channels promptly and efficiently.
* Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling and marketing campaigns.
* Work closely with the marketing team to identify ideal customer profiles and support lead nurturing activities.
* Provide regular feedback on lead quality and recommend improvements to targeting strategies.
* Track and report on key performance metrics, including call volumes, conversion rates, and lead processing times.
* Identify areas for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance lead qualification workflows.
* Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position offerings.
Key Skills for a Telesales Executive
* Previous experience in telemarketing, lead qualification, or sales support, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Strong verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
* Well‑organised with keen attention to detail in data management and documentation.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude toward overcoming challenges.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and other cross‑functional teams.
